Ashkal JL450 is a specially designed film recommended as a sealing layer for juice packaging liquid or concentrated powder form The design principle includes, but is not limited to its performance on modern high-speed FFS machines. Most modern filling machines operate at high speeds therefore film to metal friction becomes a very critical factor besides the sealing performance at designed sealer temperature, pressure & dwell time. In addition to sealing performance, the real test of the packaging design is in the hands of the consumer. Ashkal JL450 is designed for easy and clean tear without any deformation or elongation of the LDPE layer in the laminate thus avoiding the formation of microfibrous strands keeping the contents safe from any risk of such contamination while emptying the contents from the laminate/packaging.
